From the very beginning of the project we follow the customer with support services to engineering such as site visits to the construction supervision. Subsequently we support the customer during the start-up and validation of the system by checking and testing of the entire site by drafting the final manuals with training of staffs who will operate the site. Finally we follow the customer throughout the warranty period and in the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, guaranteeing the functioning of the system in quality and safety.
